Dishonest owner. Lazy staff. Bizarre experience. Just don't do it.
Sigh.Owner’s response is a brand new story. Let me just say it again. Dishonest owner. I was lied to on the phone and then lied to about the phone call and then lied to when I called out the lies and just now I was publicly lied to about my review of his lying. Long story: Dropped off computer on Friday morning. Received a phone call from “Nick” at 4:22 on Saturday afternoon who couldn’t remember anything he was told to tell me except that Mitchell is afraid he might break something. When asked to get more information and call me back he told me “with all due respect ma’am, I’m just trying to get out of here.” Then he told me to call back on Monday if I wanted to know more. So yeah, I was unhappy with the service - or lack there of - and I’m sure it showed when I went to pick up my still-broken computer. In addition to that, when I tried to have any kind of reasonable conversation, the owner just spoke over me while I was trying to speak and raised his voice several times when I called him out for not telling the truth. (Because being able to talk louder than someone else immediately makes you right?) If getting mad in response to that kind of misogyny and dishonesty from a service provider is considered “ranting” then I guess I’m guilty. I have no doubt that the owner’s response to this post will just be another lie. Here’s the short version: Computer Rehab couldn’t or wouldn’t fix my computer and I was treated to an unfortunate encounter with a dishonest and somewhat unhinged and verbally...
Read moreMy computers camera wasn't working o thought it was a sticker..I took it to best buy to fix it and update my computer..they told me since my screen was adhered on they could not fix it however they updated it...I took my computer here the next day to see if they could fix my camera..(I did not turn on my computer before this) the guy fixed it in under 3 minutes it was not a sticker it was the shudder..he turned on my computer however it took 30 minutes to even get to my home screen..nothing was working I left it and they fixed it in a day..highly recommend...
Read moreI had a desktop that wouldn’t post. Took it to Mitchell and after some sleuthing he narrowed it down to a faulty motherboard. I bought new parts that night and brought them to him the next morning at 8am. He had the new hardware in and got it running before lunchtime. Mitchell went above and beyond and was patient with me continuously having issues getting the computer to post. I’m very appreciative of his help and guidance.
Ps for Mitchell: It booted up in ~3 seconds straight to my log in screen first try. I ended up not having to reinstall...
