Subway / Subway Calhoun It’s nice to know now how you treat your customers. Once this matter is resolved I will no longer visit your Calhoun location. This has been by far the WORST experience dealing with a restaurant. I placed my order 11/28. When i left and got to work i opened the sandwiches. 2 out of 3 was incorrect. So i called and explained and they said they had someone new, don’t worry they will fix the issue, just keep my receipt they will take my name down and i can come in and have it replaced. Cool.. right? Pshhh WRONG. I arrive today (6:29) tell the employee at the speaker i have a replaced order. He asked my name i told him.. he asked me to hold on while he looked it up.. came back to the speaker told me to pull to the window so he can see the receipt. I hand him the receipt he goes im guessing to check..then comes back tells me he needs to call a manager because the person that worked that day don’t remember me calling (weird) so he calls a manager (mind you 20ish mins have passed) comes back to the window says “no there’s nothing they can do i would need to come in the morning/day shift and speak to a manager”. Ummm i work THIRD shift so i sleep during the day.. great. So i let him know a little more on who i talked to and what happened that day and he’s like “yeah i know who you’re talking about he got fired” AND “the girl you’re describing is not here” soooo i thought you said they don’t remember speaking to me... if you know who I’m talking about then why is this a issue to fix my order? He said “ he was going to fix it but the manager said if he did he would get in trouble” Ridiculous. I know it’s not the employees fault but DAMN at the management....
Read moreMy mother who is LEGALLY blind & I parked to the left of the handicap ramp at the Highway 53 Calhoun , GA location. Upon entering the restaurant the employee Riley beGan demanding that I move stating that is a fire lane. It is NOT painted as a fire lane. Riley then REFUSED to offer me a manager's name and told me " you can get that information by calling somewhere else". I called this morning requesting a manager the lady who answered verified it was a fire lane " just like at a grocery store and we can get fined if you park there." I again questioned a fire truck parking OVER a handicap ramp and added it was not painted as a fire lane to which she replied " I mean I can't make them come paint it. Our home office will fine us and we'll get in trouble if you park there." I then asked for the hone offices phone number and she advised me they didn't have one. Perhaps I should reach out to the fire dept as well to inquire as to why they'd violate ADA compliance? Obviously this subway has no problem refusing service or adequate parking for...

For example, they advertised a footlong chicken sandwich for $8.00, You go into the store to order the chicken sandwich, when you look at your receipt you pay more for the sandwich because the receipt is not for chicken sandwich but for something else.
