I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Copperfield's Books. The employees were not only rude but also incredibly unhelpful. When I asked for assistance in finding a book, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It's frustrating to encounter such poor customer service in a place where you expect to find knowledgeable and friendly staff.
To make matters worse, I was shocked to discover that they don't even sell the best-selling book in history—the Bible. It seems absurd for a bookstore to lack such a fundamental and widely-read piece of literature. Instead, the shelves were filled with a plethora of children's books on witchcraft and drag queens. The agenda is unmistakable - which of course would have been fine if it were some specialized bookstore that you need to look for to satisfy your personal interests. This one is right there in a very central location, and is also meant to be child-friendly. Regardless of my or anyone else's political views, can people still have some respect for their fellow citizens who happen to think differently? Apparently not. So much...
