The woman who "helped" me was very unprofessional and was actually no help at all. She was sitting down when I came in and greeted me. I told her that I needed help switching devices. She seen that I worked at Wal-Mart and asked me why I didn't get them to do it and rolled her eyes. I didn't get the phone from Wal-Mart. She called customer service and kept grunting and just acting like I was an annoyance. She gets so frustrated that she pushed 0 repeatedly and wondered why the phone hung up and then says she can't get anyone and to go to the Dover store because they can do it but I should just go to Wal-Mart. Again, I didn't get the phone from Wal-Mart. So, what is the point of taking my verizon phones to a verizon store to get help if they can't help you. Her asking me why I didn't just get it done at Wal-Mart really offended me how she said it. She should not be in a customer service position of she gets that frusterated with one customer. Read moreWe came into the store to transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon. We got new phones and traded our old ones in. We where charged for items that we were not supposed to be charged for. Double activation charges which where later credited to the account. The main issue is still two months later I myself have been in the store every day off I have had. They gave my phone a temporary number until it was fully transfered over. Still to this day if I text someone it comes through on the temporary number but they can't text me back at that number. To get a text back whomever has to text my number and not the temporary number or I will never see any message.
