I missed the more personable experience I had the first time. I'm only in my early 30's, but these kids they have in there now, just don't know how to connect with people.

Plus I got bad advice when I explained what I wanted, I did more research when I got home since I forgot to buy dying brushes (something the other ladies would've reminded me about) and had to wait to bleach/dye my hair, so I talked to a real stylist. The manager Pat at the Camden location is RACIST!!! She lets her white workers be drunk on the clock & nod out! Meanwhile knit picked with me about EVERY LITTLE THING. SHES LAZY, I’ve caught her talking about me to other workers! She lied on me numerous of times. DO NOT WORK THERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE . They don’t appreciate their customers! I’ve literally watched the manager be nasty to customers . she fired the other black girl 3 weeks after she started because she “had another job” said she couldn’t work around her schedule & ALSO told me this in the beginning but yet she works around the white girl’s schedule .. I came here for curbside pickup (we drove 1 hour and 30 minutes) just to call 15 times with no answer as the two workers were just talking to eachother and looking at me through the window, i finally went to the door to try to explain the situation and that i was there to pick up my order and the guy was very rude and had a really bad attitude, he then took my number down and called me, he answered the phone very rudely and told me to come back to the door to grab my bad as he held it from one side of the bag.
