I worked 12 hours yesterday. After getting off I was so hungry, so very very hungry. I decided to get Taco Bell (which is connected to this KFC [same telephone number]). I ordered a combo, two mini beef quesadillas, and two nacho fries. My pregnant fiance was craving nacho fries.
It had been a long day, and I had a hungry fiance and kids at home, so when the man in the drive thru window handed me the bag that held my food in it, I asked "This is everything, right?" And he assured me by saying "Yeah, that's everything."
This is the part in the review where I admit I should have parked and checked to make sure everything I had ordered was in the bag. If I had done that, maybe I wouldn't be writing this review. However, I shouldn't have had to check to make sure they didn't mess up my order. Additionally, since I had worked all day and just wanted to get home, I decided to put my trust in the employee that told me all of my order was in there.
I get home and check the bag. There is only one nacho fries order, yet they put two of the cheese containers. The fries and the cheese were completely cold. And the fries bag had 7 fries in it, I know not many come in an order but I've never seen that small of an amount. My combo was not a combo, it had the main burrito, but they did not give me the soft taco I asked for that comes with the combo, nor anything else that came with it. And the burrito was cold as well. The only thing that wasn't messed up was the two mini beef quesadillas, even though they did not put them in aluminium foil like usual.
I spent 9 dollars on this messed up order. There is no excuse for this as I was the only customer in the drive thru and the inside was closed (it was 11pm). It is a shame because I normally have no issues with this location and prefer it over the Dover Taco Bell.
Before this incident, I would have recommended this location to friends who are looking for some quick late night food. Now whenever someone brings up this Taco Bell I will be reminded of the night I was exhausted and hungry and had a hungry woman and kids at home waiting and was the only person in the drive thru lane when they screwed up my order and gave me cold food for my hard earned money.
Shame on you Camden Taco Bell. Get better...
Read moreI haven't even eaten my food yet because I'm sitting in my driveway to write this review. I don't ever write reviews but after my experience I felt it was necessary. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the $5 3 piece tender boxes, 10 cherry pie bites, 2 drinks and a side of mashed potatoes. The gentleman in the window was friendly, gave me my drinks and told me it would be a 5 minute wait for the tenders and I told him that was not a problem. I didn't realize I would be waiting for an hour! They must have given my food to someone else. I asked an employee how much longer it was going to be and they finally brought my food out. Well, part of it. I only received my 2 tenders boxes and 1 of the sauces. I went in to get the rest of my food. They try to hand me just 4 cherry pie bites and no potatoes and when I told them that's not what I ordered they tell me it will be another 3 minutes for those then bring my mac and cheese. Needless to say I had to walk in 3 times to get my correct order after an hour of waiting. When I called and spoke to the manager, Patty, she wouldn't let me finish a sentence and tells me all she can offer me is a 4 piece tender combo for my trouble. She said she didn't know how I could possibly wait an hour when it only takes 4 minutes to cook the tenders. I don't know either, Patty, maybe you should train your employees better and not snatch things out of their hands while they're preparing...
Read moreCan’t give zero stars so we’ll start there. Each experience (aka: chances I give them) seem to be a battle of “can I make this visit for her even worse than the last time she came”🤔 they win every time.
Aside from amazingly incompetent staff, unkept landscaping, massive incorrect orders, and continuously being out of stock in everything that you would think should be mandatory in a place like this (e.g., chicken and oh did I mention ICE?!) this place has a prime location. In fact the location is so fantastic it shares space with a car wash, Walmart, Applebees…and the drive thru “spill out” is an experience you just have to try at least once in your lifetime!!
I highly don’t recommend. I’d prob have a faster chance of going to Waffle House across the street and cooking my own breakfast and eating it than waiting in this establishment’s drive thru. This place is the BEST if u like crushed tacos, ice-less drinks, no hot sauce, and...
