Update: Owner reached out requesting me to contact them by email which I did & they never responded. My complaint still stands as is. Apparently they just did that for show. Do Not Go To This Location. Go further down the highway to a different T Mobil with friendly & knowledgeable reps who actual don’t mind helping you.

Customer service rep was horrible very impersonal wasn’t friendly at all this is definitely not the job for her. She asked a co-worker can you help her when she wasn’t doing nothing but sitting. He said in a minute I’m looking at the both of them like yall just Messed up!!! I have almost 300,000 followers. So she denied me a replacement screen protector even though my phone paid off with coverage ! She called her manager & verifed she can’t do it cus she will get written up they both said! Read moreThe workers in this location are liars and cheats. I added two lines to my plan and was lied to the entire time by the manager and another tall woman associate whose name starts with a T. They lied and told me the price for the plan I was changing to was $140 when it wasn’t. It was only $140 after they signed me up for automatic payments without my permission. I had a question about a contract I was about to sign. Instead of allowing me to ask my question the manager signed the contract electronically for me without my permission and then allowed me to ask my question. The tall lady sales associate changed my second contract to Spanish and tried to force me to sign it saying it was the same as the first one. I told her I wasn’t signing anything I couldn’t read so I had to download Google translate on my phone because she had no idea what she was doing. They both didn’t tell me that T-Mobile was going to charge me $90 for changing my plan during its billing cycle. This place is deceptive and dishonest. I do not recommend them. I suggest cutting out the middle man and doing your business with customer service over the phone directly as these people are dishonest and only want your sale. Two thumbs down. T-Mobile should be ashamed for hiring people like this....
Read moreExtremely poor service. I went in on 28 Aug at 4:30 PM. A man named Luis helped us initially with transferring a number to a new phone. He was rude to customers in front of me, then told me I needed to pay $10 to buy a SIM card. I left, and the phone would not work. I returned 15 minutes later to find out I now needed to pay an additional $30 to activate the line.
The manager, Jay, was not helpful. I had to ask her name becauze she wasn't wearing her nametag. Rather than address the situation, she kept insisting that I should have asked the technician more specific questions because he is new. When I asked why a new employee was operating the front by himself she became irate and yelled that "she deserves to use the bathroom" (we had waited in the store at least 10 minutes prior to being helped and never saw her). She continually blamed me as the customer for the issue and refused to discount any services, despite her technician admitting to making a mistake. She then told me that I shouldn't put in a review, and if I did, that it wasn't her fault because she wasn't here. I did laugh that they still tried to up-sell me an insurance package on a phone I brought in myself after all that!
Also, the smoke alarm battery was chirping the entire time I was...
