Today, I decided to treat myself to breakfast at Tropical Cafe. I was taken care of by the store manager, Comomun. (Sorry if I misspelled your name) for the most part, the staff is professional and polite. However
Ariana, if you are having a bad day, that's not my problem! Or anyone else, for that matter. I dont think I was rude or nasty to you or anyone from this store, yet you felt the need to be rude and unprofessional. Greatly advise you to look for a desk job where you don't have to deal with the public, you would do us all a fantastic service in this manner. I would not want you ever as a server, and should I reconsider ever returning to the store, I would ensure you are nowhere near my order.
I spoke with the store manager again, who took responsibility for apologizing on behalf of his staff. I thank him and his leadership for doing so. Read moreI am a faithful customer of tropical smoothie since they opened . I patronize Specifically the Camden location 5 times per week if not everyday. In the last 6-8 months I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service as well as the accuracy of the orders. Which is why I rated it with 3 stars. Formally it would have been five. In my opinion this is do to lack of Management, since Camuron Young’s departure . Camuron and his staff always greeted his customers by name. Made you feel welcomed as well as appreciated. Never had I experienced my orders not being correct or not greeted with a smile. Cameron held the staff to the same standard he held himself. Making sure the level of service was beyond satisfactory . The new staff barely speaks , and orders have not been accurate this may be due to a language barrier. For this reason myself as well as others I know in the community have been going to the Dover location which is inconvenient. While I was there I’m assuming the young lady working is in college and she had the days she was available to work because of classes, would you believe this pos Gm said well when you got hired you was available for whenever after so if you not available for when I need you I guess you won’t be working here she didn’t reply back but just the energy he brings is diabolical.
