B.Boutique — Local services in Cannon Beach

I was very dismayed after walking into this place. We come to Cannon Beach yearly and have always had such great experiences in every place we shop and/or eat. It is a very beautiful, upscale boutique. However, it’s appearance only. My teenage daughter and I walked in after getting coffee next door. We spent most of the morning at the beach, so we were not “gussied up.” We were not greeted by the blond, older lady at the counter, even tho she looked up and clearly saw us walk in. I was looking at some jeans from a brand that I love and have at home, but still we were ignored. An older lady and her husband walked in, clearly dressed up, and they were greeted warmly. As my daughter and I continued to walk around the store, we were never once acknowledged. I love to buy from all the shops in town, but I will never step foot into this place again. B Boutique is my favorite retail store with an updated bougie design sense and reasonable price points ! I LOVE the owners , who always greet me and my friends as soon as we walk in! We like it so much, their style, their taste , that we drive from 1 hour away just to behold what they have to offer! It’s a mother and daughter team, and until recently use to be a Grandmother, all with smiles of kindness on their faces and years of retail experience behind them. Whenever I’m in Seattle and NYC or even other places and I’m wearing one of their choices, I’m usually stopped with someone wanting to know “ where did you get that?”! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO B.BOUTIQUE? I was in the store today; two employees on the sales floor, nethier one greeted me. Not a “ hello” or “can I help you find anything?”. Second time I have been to the store this summer, the 1st time was early August and my girlfriend & I walked in. Same thing, no greeting at all.

I always loved shopping here and have purchased many items over the years! Jenny and Em; you need to train your employees on customer service!
