The Oil & Vinegar Bar — Local services in Cannon Beach

I know that I am a scatterbrain so take that into consideration. I honestly didn't look and read close enough and failed to see that you are not vendors of Oregon olive oil and vinegars. You are a reseller of product produced elsewhere. Your olive oil is not extra virgin (at least the bottle of Olive Oil Garlic Chili I bought isn't per the label). Who knows what is in Spanish olive oil!? The two vinegars I bought were produced in Italy. I have no problem with products from Italy or Spain but I kinda figgered that you sold products produced locally. My bad. I didn't look close enough. The olive oils and balsamics from the Oil & Vinegar Bar are the absolute best. Every product I have tried keeps me coming back for more. I especially enjoy the Tuscan Herb olive oil, the garlic infused olive oil and the chili/garlic olive oil. Also the cucumber/melon balsamic is a nice light balsamic, great for summer dishes. Oh my goodness!!! The sales person was so helpful! He showed us so many uses for the oils and vinegars... tonight we tried the raspberry basaltic vinegar mixed with sparkling water with blueberries and slice of peach in it.... amazing!!! Healthy, pretty and light refreshing drink... going back tomorrow for a few more bottles... plus you get to taste all the oils and vinegars... great experience......
