Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Georgia

So i work at the Dunkin Donuts next door to this cafe. I ran over there to order a couple of smoothies for me and my co worker, and after I ordered I figured it would take a little bit to make the smoothies, so I told the cashier I'm running over to Dunkin and I'll come back to pick them up in 5 mins. I come back and I stand at the front counter for a good 3 minutes while NONE of the 5 WORKERS acknowledged me. I left. Came back 10 minutes later to be told that they don't have my order. I understood that maybe they were busy and forgot to make my smoothies, I make mistakes at work too. I repeat my order to them and wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before a worker asks me what my smoothies we're again. Ok..... Like I've been waiting for 10 minutes and y'all haven't even started my 2 smoothies.. it really was not that busy and to see 5-6 workers there during one shift and not one of them could start on my smoothies that I've been waiting for? I finally get my smoothies after a total of 35 minutes and I was expecting maybe a coupon for the inconvenience of waiting so long, being ignored, and my order being forgotten multiple times. Whenever I personally mess up an order at work, or take just a little too long, I always make sure to personally apologize and offer some donuts on me to make sure my customer is satisfied. Customer satisfaction obviously does not matter very much...

I like the smoothies and other foods but the place is dirty. The staff consists of young women and a few young guys who are helpful but never say "hi," "Welcome to Tropical Smoothie," etc. The white hallway wall has several spots that were painted over that look terrible, a consistent coat of paint is needed along the wall. When I visited today I was told they had no blueberries, so while I looked at the menu I also noticed how dirty the cables were coming out of the POS and the counter. After ordering I looked at the sink behind the employee and it is filthy with pink mold on the hot water faucet and the interior of the sink is nasty. The entire food prep area needs a good cleaning. The men's bathroom door and walls are covered in black smudges, almost as if, the walls and door aren't cleaned. The health inspection is 91 which is good but I'm considering not being a customer if they don't take cleaning the place seriously. It is important to keep your customers health in mind when...

Curious if new owners took over recently? Gentleman taking orders and making smoothies was very short, not personable. Wanted to ask a question, he either did not hear me or ignored me. Ordered a wrap I order all the time at multiple locations and it was half the size it normally is. I question the girl who made and she says it’s made on the smaller wrap. I don’t know if that is true or if it was made that way in error. I never received this particular wrap looking like that before. Another girl tries to chime in to convince me it has to do with the way they wrapped it, like I am an idiot. Clearly after the other girl said it was made with a smaller wrap. Another employee loudly talking and complaining about employees leaving dishes from the night before. I dont think I am a fan and I don’t think I’ll come back to...
