Cape Canaveral Transportation — Local services in Cape Canaveral

Been here at the airport now for 2 hours for a pick up scheduled for 2PM. Have called several times. 1st conversation was that we were schedule for 4PM pickup. Dig out email with invoice and called back confirming that it was for 2PM pickup. They were calling driver. He would call and be there in 25-30 min. Called back after an hour and a half and now it was there was an issue with previous pickup but they were gonna call in 10 minutes and the driver would provide some sort of refund but now we are supposed to be picked up with another passenger. Been 15 minutes since that conversation and still no call from driver….. save the hassle take an Uber. Which is what we will probably have end up...

Please please save your peace and sanity and AVOID this company like the plague!! It is 9:44 am and we departed the cruise ship over an hour ago! We have called the driver and the main dispatcher THREEE times and no one has shown up to get us. I now have to get an Uber to get to my car! More money gone! If you trust this company to get you to and from the Cruise ship, you are literally going to ruin your trip! I cannot explain in words how much I absolutely HATE that I found and paid this company and it’s horrible service!!! I just hope I can save someone else from feeling how I feel in this...
