Mystic Lobster Roll Company — Restaurant in Cape Canaveral

We visited the Cape Canaveral location and my wife ordered the steamed lobster special that came with sticky rice and corn on the cob and real butter, all were excellent and the price was under $20, can't beat that. I ordered the Maine lobster roll which came with cole slaw and baked beans and french fries. I was a little disappointed with the lobster in the lobster roll, it tasted like it was perhaps previously frozen and then thawed and then mixed with the mayonnaise, the lobster in the roll just didn't taste fresh. The french fries and cole slaw and baked beans were very good. Next time I will try the Connecticut lobster roll which is served with hot butter. Our server Chris was excellent. Decided to try Mystic Lobster Roll Company that recently opened in Cape Canaveral. We had been to the NJ location previously, which was very good, so decided to try their new location. Misty was our server. She greeted us promptly and had a positive attitude. There were so many choices on the menu but I decided on the Connecticut Lobster Roll, which was warm and filled with large chunks of lobster. My husband had the BLT, a Specialty Roll. It was brimming with lobster chunks along with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Misty communicated with us during our meal, checking to see if everything was as we had requested. We saw this on our way to the hotel and after checking it out online we decided to stop by. Fresh lobster isn't something we come by much in N.C. so I wanted to try it out. The theme inside immediately made you think of the coast, and we were welcomed by the lady at the bar immediately.

We grabbed our seat and ordered after a few min. My mom got the lobster bisque which I tried and it was AMAZING. She also got the bang bang shrimp which was good too.
