Tropical Breeze Fun Park — Local services in Cape Coral

I’ve been a loyal customer and have enjoyed visiting your establishment almost every weekend. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of one of your employees.

At the final hole, there is a sign that clearly states players do not need to wait when the group ahead is nearing the end. Following that instruction, I proceeded—only to be yelled at by both the group in front and one of your staff members. When I pointed out the sign, the staff member didn’t offer any explanation or assistance. Instead, she stood there and laughed at me.

This response was incredibly disrespectful and frustrating. As someone who has supported your business regularly, I expected far better treatment. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or dismissed, especially when they are simply following posted guidelines.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve staff professionalism and customer communication. At this point, I’m genuinely reconsidering whether I’ll be returning...

We recently hosted a birthday party at Tropical Breeze Fun Park, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The entire process, from booking to the conclusion of the event, was seamless and incredibly well-organized. The staff was accommodating every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly and that our group had an amazing time.

A huge shoutout to our party host, Joey, who truly went above and beyond! He was so enthusiastic and engaged with the kids, making sure everyone was having fun while also keeping safety a top priority. Joey helped us set up, kept things running perfectly during the party, and did an outstanding job leading the Gelly Ball activity. The kids couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had!

I bought a groupon deal for laser tag for 6 it was for my sons bday party and his 5 friends when we arrived I was told I could not use the Groupon because they required 24 hrs notice reservations and I told the young lady that it was for my sons bday and we were already there and that Groupon says on the deal that “same day reservations are accepted” she got rude and turned me and all our kids away and said “I told you 24hrs only you will have to make reservations and come back tomorrow! So I had to tell my son and all his friends that were all hyped to play laser tag I’m sorry they won’t let us play..now the laser tahe field was empty we were there for about 20 mins after waiting for our ride to come back to pick us up and again no one was even using the laser tag.
