Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We ordered a sectional the last week of December 2024 with a promised delivery by February 9th. On February 14th, they finally called—only to deliver the wrong furniture. We were then told to wait until the first week of April. That week came and went with no update, and suddenly we were told it would be another 10 days.
Customer service was abysmal. Every time we called, we were told someone would get back to us—but days or even weeks would go by with no return call. We'd follow up again, and still—nothing. The only bright spot was the manager, who, on the rare occasion we could reach him, would actually return our calls. Frankly, I feel bad for whoever has to run this circus.
After months of waiting, we gave up. We called American Signature Furniture—they delivered our sectional in less than 10 days plus we got our entire set for less than $800 on sale. That's how it should be done.
Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. This company clearly has no respect for timelines, communication, or basic...

I just moved to cape coral and i ordered a couch and had to wait on it. the couch was delivered and they ordered all the wrong pieces but one. keep in mind the couch was just opened as I was just moving into the house i bought. the second we opened the couch we noticed the wrong pieces we sent them a message as well as a phone call and they stated there was nothing they can do!! our you kidding me so now I have to go to the better business bureau right up a complain hire someone to take the couch back to them and get a full refund!!! this place is absolutely horrible all the way down to the customer service and ownership. how hard is it to fix your mistake nope there just so damn lazy hear . sad part is even there employees know it is not right. i will never ever buy from hear again and for sure will not recommend it to anyone. now i get to waste my time fighting a furniture store for there 2k ...
Read moreEDIT: The staff made everything right and then some. Delivered the furniture on Easter eve to include an area rug and table lamps that they allowed us to hand pick in the store. There were some bumps in the road, but Evan and staff made it whole. As time goes on, I’m sure the wrinkles will be ironed out.
Would give zero stars if Google allowed. My elderly mother purchased a sectional sofa. Paid in cash. And was told 10 days to 2 weeks. No one called to communicate with us. We had to call them to find out only half of our sectional was there and were told we could have the floor model for the other half at no discount, no reimbursement for delivery fee and that we had to pick up. Absolute zero customer service. In store employees have no authority to help in any way. They have to phone upper management (who, by the way we were not allowed to have contact information for) to make any and all decisions regarding anything including any sort of refund.
