Decided to try the order online option since the signage advertised it would 'save time'..I waited 30min while standing in there they had tons of ready pizzas (we ordered the classic pizzas so nothing special). I asked about it and was cut off by a lady saying "is your name on the screen? No? Then you'll have to wait til it's up there and you can retrieve". Ok...so I waited awhile and was making conversation with another customer how I was waiting awhile too and the woman behind the counter piped up to ask my name so I told her and she explained my order is set to be ready at 623(1min later) I said ok the website just doesn't tell you that before you order so I thought it would be faster is all. Anyway a few min later my order comes up and I go to retrieve my pizza and she tell me, without me saying a word " next time pay more attention to what the time is" I responded "yea I just thought it was supposed to be faster is all" she began going on as I'm walking out the store how I should "pay more attention" so I told her she "didn't have to be a rude b*&^%"(yes I know not nice of me but by then I was over her arrogant tone). All this because I tried to get her attention ONCE to tell her I had an online order and ask about it since I was a new customer and not familiar with the system. Won't be coming back to this location or ordering online. Read moreI had ordered online, for pickup pizzas and breadsticks.I was suppose to get off work at 6pm and I had the pickup set for 615. I didn't end up leaving work because I was helping customers until after 8pm. When I got to little ceasers my qr code was expired and I had to ask the employee to unlock it for me to get my order that has been sitting their for almost 2 hours. The employee gave me my order and I was walking out. The employee then came outside and she had told me she felt so bad for me not being able to get my order on time, and insisted I let her remake my order. At first I said no its ok, ill be fine even though I knew I wasn't probably going to eat it when I got home. After she asked again I said ok to her remaking the order. She was so nice, professional and make my exsperince great with little ceasers. She didn't have to even do that but it made me feel special that people still actually care about their customers to make sure they have the best experience possible when they come in and that's exactly what she did. At the end I was so grateful and I asked for her name. Her name is Gena and she said she was the manager at that location. Because of this experience I will always go back to this location and be a fan of little ceasers. I hope she gets recognized for this post. It's not often I seen people get compliments on their jobs but people are always quick to call out when they have a complaint....

I go grab a hot and ready cheese pizza today, I get Rung up by some girl who does not look like she wants to be in there working for the life of her. I grab my pizza get home only to find my hot and ready cheese pizza is a hot and ready thin crust pepperoni pizza instead. I waste no time and head back to the store to get another pizza. Takes about 5 minutes to get from my house to the store. So I get back to the store I show them my Pizza and tell them I asked for cheese not this and if I can exchange it. The register girl which mind you is the same Girl who rang me up when I first ordered tells me I’m lying she dosent remember seeing me, even though I was just there 10-15 minutes prior. She goes ahead to question me more and check her pos system, she scans my Pizza and tells me it was check out over an hour ago. I insist I was literally just here. So she cops an attitude and tell me what kinda pizza I want and proceeds to grab me one and practically tosses it to me with terrible attitude after checking it’s a cheese pizza. No empathy or accountability what so ever on a mistake that was clearly her fault. Last time I will be ordering anything from this location, worst customer service of any pizza place I have ever been to in my life. I hope management tightens up or this place is going straight to the dumpster, if it isn’t...
