Worst customer service ever! I had never been there before. It was my first visit to an Arcade ever. So I had no idea that I couldn’t put cash in the machine. The lady yelled at me from behind the counter and very loud and rudely said “YOU CANT BUT CASH IN THE MACHINE!!!” I approached the counter and apologized and said I didn’t realize it didn’t take cash. She rudely said “You didn’t see this big sign?? That says TICKETS ONLY? REALLY?!?!” I said yes I did see that sign but it said Plinko so I assumed it meant plinko only takes tickets, which I don’t want to play plinko! Idk what plinko even is! She replied with an even ruder attitude than before! “NO ALL MACHINES ONLY TAKE TICKETS!!!” I said well ok I’m sure there was a more polite way you could of explained that to me! Obviously I’ve never been here before and honestly I have no desire to stay here I will go spend my $ at a different arcade where they actually like their job and actually want to make $ for there place of employment!! And that’s exactly what I did! I recommend anyone thinking of going here should do the same! I’ve never had anyone working in customer service ever treat me so rudely!! I was flabbergasted by her behavior and she was well old enough to know better! She was probably late 50’s early 60’s...

I love this place. They are friendly and attentive. They have continuous min and minor bonuses. We were lucky enough to get two majors in two weeks. They are busy most of the time and we like that. Been to some places that are so slow. Makes you wonder why this place is just down the street with plenty of people coming and going. We like the security too. Gives you a safe feeling. I'm handicap and the security literally runs to the door to open it for me. Just a nice place to come and relax...

I wanted to try another arcade in the area but they were closed for two hours. It must been slow. So I went to cape palace. It was okay. I played a machine. It didn't do anything. I played another machine. And got a bonus and won my money back. Then sat there and played some of it back. I saw a sign saying they have beer. They didn't offer any.
