I like the variety, especially the meat section. The store was clean and well stocked. The prices were great for some things, good for others, and some things more expensive than some places. Some staff is friendly, some have angry looks and seem irritated. I am white, my wife is Hispanic. I like Hispanic food and friendly Hispanic people. Some white folks might take their demeanor as not liking them being there, just some advice. I am comfortable anywhere. But others may feel like not going back, which is a shame because the store should train their staff to be friendly and welcoming. My wife didn't like the coldness either. The butcher was very friendly and nice to talk too. I loved the prices and variety of meats. The cashier wouldn't even look at us, no smile, and didn't bag anything. Had a scowl on her face the entire time. When we checked our receipt when we got home, we were double charged for 2 items. And charged for some item we did not buy. One double charge was for a large watermelon. Kind of hard to mess that up. We will try it again. But I wish I could go and teach the employees how to...

Bravo a good place to go shopping for groceries but a better place to buy food for lunch or dinner. Yes while you're waiting half an hour and even longer in lines to get food at Pollo Tropical or half an hour or more in culverts and in other places just to grab some food. You can come to Bravo supermarket inside they serve food and let me tell you the food is really good very fresh very clean they close at 8 p.m. if you want to have a better variety of food you might want to come around between 5 and 6:30 p.m. the latest if not you get what they have. But they're Verity is very great especially during the daytime and the prices compared to every other place is super cheap and the food is healthy and a hundred times better than anywhere else. Most people don't even know it's there but it's right in front of their faces. Just going to Bravo make a left inside the store and you'll see great food there nice and fresh. This place is a good place for meats and produce and is usually good to go with their large food orders, but this last visit my order for 2 pork shoulders and rice and beans for a pot luck I was having was not prepared at all and they even ran out of the rice and beans so I had to settle for a half order of whatever they had left of the rice and beans. They had to substitute regular white rice instead. The two pork shoulders they had were cold and looked very mediocre. One of the attendants pretty much was giving an attitude so I had to pull a Karen which I never do and had to talk to the manager. He was very pleasant and he offered to give me whatever I wanted from the store. So I grabbed a steak and a 12 pack of coke. Wasn't trying to be greedy. He also went back to the kitchen and found me two other pork shoulders that were nice and hot. I am very grateful to the manager and in general the store is a great place to shop. Just an...
