World Market — Local services in Cape Coral

I am very disappointed with World Market online shopping experience. I had knee surgery a week or so ago so I had to shop online. I was happy to find some good deals on sale and placed an order for pickup. Unfortunately the store did not have 5 of my items out of 23. Then when I picked up my order I realized after arriving home that I was missing two of the 17 items. I called the store and was told sorry they found my other bag. They inadvertently missed it when delivering the items to my car. So not a very good experience. I would have liked to been notified when I placed the order of which items were out of stock. I either would have chosen substituted items or I might not have placed the order. I've always loved World Market. Maybe I'll try to shop in the store in person when I'm healed to give them another chance. But i will definitely think twice about placing an online order...

Enjoyed looking at the various items - they have quite the selection of goods from Apple chips to Zoo animals (in the form of toys). Large coffee and wine selection. The prices are a little high, but that may be a result of the current inflation problems our country is seeing thanks to the decisions of our elected officials. Regardless, they have some cool and unusual tasty treats sold individually so you can pay a smaller price to see if you like the treat before buying a larger bag/box (or more of the same). They also have furniture similar to what you would find at a law firm waiting room, large chain store or online (I.e., most chairs and couches are modern, but not too comfy.) I have been a very loyal customer for very long time and do my SodaStream exchange there. I pretty much always have a problem. And now they're shutting it down they have them there I saw the coupon to scan it and the lady straight up would not sell me in exchange canister. I used to love the employees that are here but all the new employees are absolutely terrible they look like they could care less and they're absolutely rude. She was absolutely rude I saw it in her hand and she still refused to do her job and I always have a problem with that woman. I used to be such a valid customer and spend hundreds of dollars here every month and I will never come...
