Kohl's — Local services in Capitola

Kohls has always been a bit of a disarray and not well organized. Too much product results in the chaos merchandise causes and no one seems to care to enhance the customer experience by putting some organization to it. Lines can often be very long so be prepared to wait a while for checkout especially during busy times. With that being said they do carry some good quality brands that can be found at reasonable prices especially with the constant deals and savings opportunities that they offer their customers. It seems harder to find reasonably priced children clothes in the store as compared to the great deals on adults options. I tend to shop more heavily here during the holidays for gift items for others as the deals are pretty out of this world for the quality being offered. Of my favorite labels are Rock and Republic and Vera Wang. Kohls has everything to offer from greetings cards to home interior decor. It is a great place to go if your looking to get multiple items in one stop. Would love to see some better deals, pricing, and more affordable labels in the active wear section. Sometimes people think that three stars is rude, or that the person leaving it must have been angry about something. The truth about this Kohl's is that it's a Kohl's. Not really sure what else there is to say.

They carry clothing. Most of its affordable and they often have great deals on their sales racks. The capitola store is as clean as you'd expect. Which is to say it's generally pretty tidy; and the employees are generally pretty friendly.

The store can sometimes feel abandoned, in my experience I think it's run on a skeleton crew. It's not a small store and sometimes I feel like I only see 3 employees the entire time I'm in the store. But it's rarely crowded so once you find an open register, checking out goes quickly.

It's an average shopping experience from a major box store. Nothing wrong with that, just nothing note worthy.

I really don't like the way I was harassed, when I went and bought a few things from kohl's in the capitola mall, just because I have tattoos and tan skin the ignorant floor associates assumed I must be stealing cause I was taking my time checking out a Nike gym bag that I would have bought but glad I didn't cause this obviously ignorant little girl that works there followed me out and decided I should be either video taped or she took pictures of me and my car as I was leaving, out of all the stores and malls I shop at kohl's capitola has the worst by far associates I ever dealt with, they need to be trained on how to not be rude to paying customers and should never violate people's...
