So I went there to assist my mom in getting a phone. Not only did they go above and beyond to gain her as a client, they also helped with the transition in contacting the correct personnel at the other carrier, who she was leaving due to bad service, to help get the codes she needed for transfer. When I called the store they told me the same number I have called multiple times. They said they would call and place me on hold. When what they really did was just hang up on me and not be helpful with the issue in any fashion.
