Ms. Xu is very kind and patient. My daughter has been learning pencil sketching and acrylic painting with her for over a year. From what I have seen, Ms. Xu never loses her temper and is very flexible about rescheduling missed classes with another group.

She holds graduate degrees in art and is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Her teaching focuses on the basics of drawing, with attention to proportion and the properties of light and shadow. My daughter really enjoyed applying these skills, and the attached photo is an acrylic painting she completed at home over the summer.

The studio is spacious and clean, with restrooms available. Parents and siblings can sit comfortably and read art books while waiting in the studio.
