Append - It's been a few years and I guess Kevin left or got pushed out when new owner & manager took over, from Customer standpoint, I can't say exactly. ...I always tried to show appreciation for the service for my bike (as below is not one of their brand) which I thought was above and beyond like gift cards for the mechanic & other service personnel. However the last time I was there (almost couple years now) the service manager seemed to make a point to indicate the different brand and year of the model being older (like pushing for new & expensive bike sales?), where they just seemed to appreciate my business before, and where there any number of issues could be listed for the other motorcycle and mechanic shops I've tried over the years (like having extremely long wait for service, having different service or department personnel act like their tired of dealing with customers, etc). I know it's time for some basic maintenance as well as wanting to do some upgrades, I guess I'll have to see if they've changed their policy &/or attitude to get some stuff done or have to deal with someone else again? CMS has always been good about working on my bike even though I don't have their brand, one time mechanic did hokey job, but he is gone and the shop fixed it and made right. Read more"Jacob was very helpful and patient, and I want to point out that I looked also at the larger 26 liter Klim and while I liked the external tube for the snow probes..i liked the 16 liter pak better because it had external storage for the shovel...which in mnt sledding gets used frequently therefore access and the ability to allow it to drain is crititical...unless you want everything inside of your pak getting soaked! Anyway Yes I spent a lot of time looking at every little detail (though I've read reviews online this was my first time seeing either pak in person). Jacob was very easy to work with and did not rush or distract me which really helped me in making a full evaluation and making the decision on what would be the best pak for me! OHHH PS the klim advertised Whistle,,,is on the pull zipper cord for the outmost compartment...that had me hung up for a few minutes I almost called to ask where the heck it was!!
