Dotty's Casino — Local services in Carson City

UPDATE: 2 years later. Dottys cares more about your money, than they do about you as a guest. I went to purchase 2 packs of smokes. The total came to $15 and change. I had $18.50 in my account. Though it showed APPROVED on the keypad on my end, not partial amount approved, APPROVED. The attendant says it was declined on his end and that they took no money from my account. But their system took $18.50 out of my account and it shows on my phone and in the activity in the account it was drawn from. The attendant doesn't know what to do, so I asked him to call the manager, who was also no help. In the end, I, the guest, has to wait 24 hours, without my money OR the cigarettes. I patronized Dotty's on a regular, the market street location most often. In my opinion, they should pull the drawer immediately and verify that whether or not it's over. That is how its usually handled by every business I've ever worked at or dealt with ....But who cares how it impacts the customer......the so called "guest"...... Now its an just the establishment where I used to reliably spend the majority of the money I spend on smokes. And occasionally gamble. The grave yard shift seems to be the worst had to ask for a drink. And I didn't know the guy was paid to sit on his phone and not ask if anyone was thirsty at all waited an hour and nothing. Dam shame nothing like losing money and having to go all the way down the street just to get a drink what happened the swing shift girl is fantastic she go's out of her way to make sure everyone is happy and talks and mingles with customers she's top notch but soon as she leaves it turns to crap 4th time this has happened. Ok so I don't know why but all Dotty's I go to I feel like they follow me. Best believe if your not playing they won't hesitate to approach you and ask you to leave. Two times I had to stop playing because I had to answer an urgent call, was on the phone for 4 minutes and seriously a Dotty's employee approached me asking if I'm gonna keep playing. I was like wow ummm why you ask? He then responded because if not I'm going to ask you to leave. Seriously? I mean I was on the phone with my mom and she was not feeling well. I left that place and have not gone back...
