Sierra Le Bone — Local services in Carson City

Shopping at Le Bone on Tues, Dec. 22, 2020, was a bad experience. All employees in the store made a good impression, except for one person. I called later and asked who that person was. I was told it was Colleen. All persons, including customers, were wearing face coverings, except for Colleen. All persons were social distancing, except Colleen. All persons were behaving in an appropriate way, except Colleen. Let me explain. I assume Colleen is the owner or manager or supervisor by the way she was acting -- hands on, in charge, in control. Colleen was overly social and approaching customers in the store when they were patiently waiting, not asking for help, and not indicating they were trying to engage with her. Many of these customers were elderly. They seemed uncomfortable.

The takeaway from this experience is your store's attitude is it is not going to follow pandemic state guidelines to curtail community spread of this virus. Your store is not being considerate and conscientious and safe for your customers, and this attitude probably spills over into your store's attitude to pets. I have lost trust...

My mother and I went here specifically for a our dog. We walked in and the older woman (cashier) at the counter didn’t blink an eye at us or ask how we were or managed go get in a “hello” however she was very interested in the gentleman shopping with his sweet dog. . She never turned her head towards us. We were looking at cat food and dog leashes. . Another woman walked in who she promptly attended. I will never go here again. Sierra labone is a really great place to buy stuff for your dog. they have really premium pet items and a great selection of real pet treats that are organic and stuff. so if you're looking to make sure that your dog is spoiled rotten this is probably the store that you want to shop at cuz you have lots of money and stuff. they always have some decent sales sometimes but most of everything here is fairly priced and they are super nice to boot.
