I stopped by this location for lunch today & experienced literally THE WORST customer service I've EVER experienced in my life from any establishment. The younger girl that was making the sandwich has some serious anger issues & is very hostile/aggressive. She was actually going out of her way to be extra rude for literally no reason. All i ordered was a simple turkey avocado sandwich &was super polite the whole time but got unwarranted attitude in return. She had an attitude the whole time & when I asked for mayo on my sandwhich she literally flipped out & had a temper tantrum- the mayo bottle she grabbed was empty so she proceeded to slam the empty mayo bottle on the counter as hard as she could, then reached for the new bottle & proceeded to sloppily put mayo on the Sandwhich while mumbling stuff under her breath... Then she very aggressivly cut my sandwhich & rung me up with zero interaction. It took everything in me to bite my tongue b/c I was on my lunch break & didnt have time to stop elsewhere for lunch after this. If i was not in a time contraint then I wouldve definitely walked out& just went elsewhere after this disrespectful encounter. Then I also heard this same girl yelling at the manager lady about something else while I was sitting in there eating. Terrible atomsphere to sit and enjoy lunch. The ownership here needs to do some serious quality control b/c the employees acting this way towards customers is unacceptable and shows lack of accountability from the management/ownership. Never would recommend this place to anyone there is a bad service by the girls who work here, will tell you my experience in this place: you arrive at the restaurant with my girlfriend to try out for the first time their sandwich and the place looked well the truth, until we started attending, we first ask that debemls make our order fast while we were reading the menu, then to what we are already choosing our toppings for the sandwich, the employee with an attitude bully made fun of my English, since I am not from here and I've only been months living in this country my English is basic but understandable, I tell him that I want to add eggs to my sandwich and I duce maybe you wanted to say no eggs iggs, I say to him if that was what I wanted to say you can put it please and he says to me but that will cost additional will tell you if there is a problem and continues who is treating me as if she's asking me to give away the food then finishes preparing me strip at the counter for my food and I left perplexed by the treatment I have given here and NO, I came to this place to pay for a meal and for a service not to treat me so the truth, I felt disgusted and I believe that workers like these stain the name of any restaurant, we must be RESPECTFUL of all people even if they are not of this country, I felt like an act of xenophobia, just because it does not speak very good English, the truth not I would recommend this place to any family or friend never...

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and was dissatisfied with the customer service of STACY black female with tattoos(I’m black as well btw). STACY is super rude and acts as if the cookies i am buying are her own. The first time I came i ordered two packs of the mini cookies and she didn’t make me aware of her not wanting to make more and replaced one entire bag with a couple larger cookies what she thinks/feel is the equivalent amount. I had to come all the back in which STACY informed me after the fact with a very snappy malicious condescending tone. STACY has a real stink attitude that needs adjusting. Everyone besides her is cool but she pure mean. And this time she was rude to my mother and sister on Mother’s Day about cookies and a milkshake. It’s unacceptable customer service we are not bothering you we just want to buy cookies. I’ve never had issues with the location in Morrisville. Since I was coming from the theater I decided to give this location another try. And who did i see STACY? I thought last time STACY was having a bad day so I let it go.
