Boot Barn — Local services in Cedar Hill

Well I gotta tell you, until this location is trained properly on how to meet and greet customers, it's going to affect business, and you would think since cedar Hill is diverse, the brand boot barn seems to only cater to Hispanics, based on all square toes boots, FYI old school boot rockers like myself like the round toe, or j toe, oh well Boot Barn, I gave you two times to earn my business, and you failed miserably, I even walked around for few minutes before anyone asked if I needed help, with a counter full of employees, that where all talking to one another and not focused on the customer, I maybe black, but I'm still a customer, unfortunately in 2025 this stuff still happens... SMH RUJO'S Boots are better anyway and...

The customer service was outstanding. Sue, helped us personally and was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. This was our first time purchasing western gear, and she went above and beyond not just to assist us, but to educate us as well. Her guidance made us feel confident in our choices.

Christian also provided excellent service by helping my husband understand more about western gear. His passion and dedication were clear, and it made a lasting impression.

Overall, the staff was professional, helpful, and truly seemed to care about making our experience a great one. We highly recommend this location and look forward...

Really disappointed in how one group of people was getting help while I was left to search the store only to find a store full of square toes boots, well I guess this brand only Caters to one group, FYI mostly Hispanics where them, so your sending a message loud and clear, whether it's intended or not, to only carry square toes, more than Mexican people live in cedar Hill, RUJO BOOTS, treats everyone the same! And they carry round toe or j toes as well as some square toes for a diverse clientele. Longevity through satisfying the customer's.
