Just save yourself the trouble and purchase from another brand. We had no issues with the sales team at this store, but the overall customer service is terrible. Our couch broke within the first week that it was delivered. We have been trying to get it fixed since December and every time we call customer service to use the warranty it is always the same story. A tech can't come out for 10 weeks. We had a tech come out to fix the motor on our couch and it took 10 weeks for him to come out. Once he got here, he looked at the couch for 5 minutes and said that he would need to order a part. A week later the part comes in, but La-Z-Boy says their tech can't come back out for another 10 weeks. To top it all off the warranty customer service reps are just rude. It is crazy to spend this amount money for something and be treated like this.
At the end of the day, you can still sit on the couch but can't use the reclining feature you spent so much money on. Lessons learned from our experience, just buy somewhere else.

She selected two made-to-order recliners and Tracy told us that the wait time would most likely be 6-8 weeks. I mentioned that I had read in reviews that the wait times were excessive. He assured me that was not the case so my sister-in-law signed a contract which said the wait time could be 8-20 weeks. I should have believed that!
After 8 weeks, no recliners. I called the store and left a message with a salesperson asking Tracy to call me and let me know about the order's status. No response. I called again a week later and left another message for Tracy. No response.
It is now 11 weeks out. I received an email - not a call - from Tracy saying that we now have an ETA of mid-September due to fabric shortage. That will be around 17 weeks from our order date.
I understand that there have been supply issues with goods. My husband and I ordered furniture from a local store near the end of the pandemic. They were up front and honest about the delivery date.
