I have been a customer of JuiceLand for many years. I ordered my regular smoothie from this location and received a phone call from a staff member stating she was canceling my order. She asked me to place my order at a different JuiceLand location. After asking her for the reason why my order was canceled, she explained that I have been banned as a customer from ordering at this location. I was shocked as I have no understanding as to why this may have happened. I have always been kind to staff and a generous tipper!
Previously, I had been stopping by this location every Wednesday for the last year during my lunch break. Out of the blue, I can no longer order from this location. I asked for clarification as to the reasoning behind this location’s decision not to serve me and the staff member explained that it was due to a personal issue of one of the employees at the storefront that could not be disclosed. I do not know anyone that works at this location. Even then, I am confused as to why personal issues amongst employees dictate who can and can’t be a customer at JuiceLand. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business and its management. It is especially unfortunate as I have always held a very high opinion of JuiceLand as a company and its involvement in Texas communities. Read moreWanting to bone up on beta-carotene, I've ordered mostly carrot juice the last few months from Juiceland in Cedar Park. Lately, wanting something cooler to drink, the Clementine has always been one of my faves. Then one day, Bridgette and other 'Juicers' began recommending a blend of both, and finally I tried it. Voila! This is the most amazing, refreshing drink ever! A blend of 50% Clementine and 50% carrot juice, it has the coolness of a fruit smoothie, the flavor of carrot juice, and just the right amount of zing from the orange, mango and peach. Remarkably refreshing!
Maybe this wonderful blend could be a menu item. Juiceland could have a contest for what to name the new drink? I was thinking how Bugs Bunny was always eating carrots... By adding orange, mango and peach, this could be a "Tropical Bunny". Thank you Juiceland team...

A few weeks ago I watched one of the juiceland ladies be beyond incredibly rude to my friend as she ordered for what reason we honestly couldnt figure out.
Then yesterday I experienced the same thing! This person literally looked like she hated me and everyone else. I figured she was having a bad day. I ordered and she literally cut me off while speaking and had the most sarcastic demeaning manner. I was really confused. Even my boyfriend was like, what was that ladies problem?
Honestly I dont know if this is the same person but she seems like a manager as well which is very disappointing. It's still juiceland but be weary of some of the attitudes of people who you may be...
