DO NOT shop at this Nordstrom Rack. The customer service is lacking in a major way.The item I was returning only had a sticker for a tag. However, this is how the item was sold to me at a Houston store. I was even willing to take store credit as I was also going to make a purchase. The manager stated that Nordstrom Rack ALWAYS makes sure that the items has tags and that simply doesn't happen at their bargain Nordstrom stores. Clearly, she was wrong about that one. The item was only a $24 jacket. The manager on duty's condescending attitude was present when she had to come to register as she was taking off her work gloves. Even after the Nordstrom Rack in Houston called this location to inform them that THEY made an error in not completing a new clothing tag when the item was purchased and they requested that the CEDAR PARK store return the item for me, the rude and petty manager would not return the item. The manager then LIED and told the Houston store that the item looked worn. When, I was in the store I stated that the item had never been worn and she stated that she wasn't saying that it was worn and it did not look worn. I have shopped at the Nordstrom brand for over 30 years. This store's team (mostly the manager on duty) on this specific evening needs to be retrained in customer service and the Nordstrom ethos for providing service. I purchased four pairs of boots onlineâone pair got canceled 4 days after I purchased without any attempt to resolve. I returned two other pairs to this very location, and they threatened not to accept my return because they looked worn.
The heels had absolutely nothing on them; there were no scuffs and absolutely no sign of wear; however, one of them had some dust and dirt on the foot sole from when I tried them on (in my all-concrete floor apartment), not to mention they already had some 'debris' on them when they arrived.... Which is probably why they were marked down so much. I wouldn't have thought twice about it if I actually liked either pair, btw.
Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes for the store manager to come to examine them, but it was also highly insulting and embarrassing to be accused of attempting to return items that I wore out. I would never do that!!! She said she'd "make an exception only this time.". An exception FOR WHAT?!? For trying them on with 3 outfits in my apartment to see if they looked good or not?!

They were so uncomfortable. I was walking home barefoot because I couldn't wear them. I did not plan to return them because it has been more than a month since I was out of the US. A few days ago, in this store, I saw the same sandals in a different color. It said "Used and returned."Obviously they were used. I thought great, mine have not been worn, I will try to return them because they are really a pain for the feet. They are beautiful but very uncomfortable. Of course, the woman who was working immediately cut me off and said that they don't accept wearables. I told her that I saw that in their store they have things that are used and returned, she basically ignored me.
