Got a dip manicure on Fri and by Sun, it had already chipped!! Crazy. They rushed to get me in and out. My dip was removed almost completely with the drill and at some points, it even hurt bc it was filed down a lot. Moreover, all of my nails are different lengths and I didn’t notice until I left! The salon is clean and they accommodated me when I called for an appointment the day of. They had a decent color collection for dip and the prices are pretty competitive. Hoping this was a one off bc I’m disappointed of the chip!

EDIT: I gave the salon another chance this past week and yet again, disappointed. I went there specifically for the cat eye nail trend which I see others have gotten done. Once I reached the salon, the nail tech told me they “don’t do that style anymore” so I had to settle for a baby pink gel manicure. The tech rushed to get me out and didn’t cure long enough so yet again the color has lifted and peeled off within 7 days. I will not be going back there again, total...

Went to this salon for a pedicure for the first time about a month ago. Amy did my pedicure during that visit & did a good job. My second visit was not good at all. Every time a male tech has done my pedicure, no matter what salon, it's a disaster. This was no exception. I didn't ask the young man's name and he was very pleasant, but did a terrible job. My calluses weren't removed and no cuticle remover was used when pushing the cuticles. I don't even think a topcoat was used. When I got out of my car at home & into the natural light, I could see that every corner of every nail was pointy and sharp (which I cannot stand) and some spots of the nails didn't even have polish. There was plenty of polish AROUND the nails though. And At any salon I deliberately pick a color matching one I have at home in case I get a chip or something. I had to do the cleanup around the nails, reshape, repaint & topcoat my toes myself with my own polish. Very dissatisfied & I probably won't visit...

I came to this salon while in the area while shopping at other stores. Got an acrylic removal and a regular manicure. Removal was painful, because they rip off the nails with an other tip. Got a manicure that chipped in three places not even 2 hours after leaving the salon. I felt like it was a very rushed service. Nail polish was dry when i left. i realized when i left the store lighting that she did not do enough coats of polish and it looked see through and horribly applied. Called store back and offered a refund for the manicure. NEVER MIND. They called back and said they actually have no refund policy, even though i was told they could do so. Man on phone was unprofessional and not understanding at all. He offered me store credit, which i did not want because I will not be returning. Overall, would say it was very expensive and not worth it to me. I do not recommend going to this place, the nail polish...
