I made an account just to write this. That's how bad it was. The guy I spoke to on the phone had an extreme attitude. I was suppose to have the couch I signed a contract about today 10/12/18 I called 3 times today about when will it be here, I had a lot of things to do since it is moving day for me. Everybody was very nice and said they don't know far down the list I am. They did CONFIRM it was scheduled today though. I called at 7:00PM. The guy I talked to stated that it was not set to be delivered until tomorrow. I work 12 hour days with no days off. I needed that couch today. He stated that, that was my own problem and I should be more clear. He was extreme rude. I called corporate and they were very nice and fast to type up a email to the regional manager and am hoping he does contact me back. I really wanted/needed that couch. *Please read before purchasing anything from this store. My mother-in-law purchased a headboard, frame and mattress form Arron's. The mattress and frame were both brand new but the headboard was used. The company failed to do an initial inspection into the used headboard. Just this past weekend she and her boyfriend had woken up with bite marks all over. My mother-in-law called Arron's to explain the situation and they refused to help her. Her landlord at Tuscany Cove refused to pay for any treatment in her apartment so she came to my fiancé. We had a mutual friend come take a look at her apartment and verified that he bugs came from the headboard. She has just started treatment of her apartment and is now out few hundred dollars for everything. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. Aaron's should be shut down for health code violations. My mom bought a bed set which includes head board, a frame and bed along with dresser from them in July 2016 and now 4 months later, just this past week, her and her boyfriend started getting bit by something. I immediately called a friend of mine who's an exterminator and got it inspected. Turns out the headboard was infested with BED BUGS!!!!! The bedbugs obviously travelled to the new bed. She has tried to call Aaron's and their corporate but they obviously don't care about their customers and refused to cover the treatment for the bed bugs and accused my mother who is a nurse that she had gotten it somewhere else! She had never experienced anything like this before and they are just so rude and so unprofessional. Please avoid them at all cost or your home...
