I wish I can give ZERO, that is a zero return policy store. Something I haven’t seen in any store. I purchased electric Kettle that was too tall to be filled from my water filter, so I decided to return it right away. I stopped by the store to attempt a return, the answer was “ we cannot return it, it has been used” I explained that I didn’t used it and I opened it to try to fill it with water. First Bob the cashier refused to return it in a rude way, I then asked him to call his manager thinking that someone can help... the manager arrived his name is Ellen and that what made me decide to write this review, I haven’t seen such a manager in my whole life, came out yelling “ we can’t do the return, it is used” I explained that I didn’t use the kettle, again. He insisted that this is the meaning of “used” If you’re planning to purchase something from this store, make sure to like it and it fits your space before you buy it, if you opened it and didn’t like it then prepare to deal with unprofessional people.

Came in to get a specific item and decided to browse to see if I wanted anything else. As I was coming out of an isle a employee was speed walking towards my direction for whatever she needed, I halted as not to run into her and said sorry. Then continued down the next isle, apparently this was the isle she needed as she brushed past me to put an item away. I work the exact same job for a different brand, I understand how annoying it is for customers to be in the way while trying to stock. But you didn't say one word to me, you could of at least said excuse me. I was half tempted to put the cart back and walk out, but I know everyone has their bad days, so I decided to buy what I needed and give the store another...

Normally I like walking through Home Goods. Always an abundance of great things. Today I was in the Women’s bathroom, taking care of business, and I hear a man talking, and it sounds like he’s actually in the women’s room. So I finish what I’m doing and standing in the doorway as a man talking to a woman associate who works there. Sounds like he’s a worker guy. If they are going to do work on that door, or in the bathroom, they need to find out if anybody’s in the bathroom. It’s a privacy issue. It’s a women’s room. I was really put...
