I recently visited this charming little store, and I have to say, it's a delightful find! It may be small, but it’s packed with eco-friendly treasures. From household and personal care items to children’s products, bath essentials, cleaning supplies, and more, there's something for everyone. One of the coolest features is their "refill your own container" area, where you can purchase items by the ounce. This is a great way to try out different products in smaller amounts before committing to a larger size. During my visit, I tried their bubble bath and countertop cleaner, both of which I loved! I also picked up a eucalyptus shower steamer that’s been amazing. The variety and quality of the products are impressive, and the store truly stands out for its focus on sustainability and unique offerings. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is due to the pricing. Many of the items are on the pricier side, which could make it difficult for those on a tighter budget to shop here regularly. However, when it comes to being eco-conscious and unique, this store earns top marks. It's a gem for those who can afford it and truly appreciate earth-friendly products. Highly recommend!

I have been searching for a shop like Greener Goods since moving back to Central Illinois from Colorado. Thank you, Tara, for setting up shop at Sagamon on Main to bring sustainable and eco-friendly products to Central Illinois. Excited you had several items on my list and many more I plan to explore. Picked up in- paper towels, wet it swedish dishcloth, bees wrap reusable food storage, bamboo cotton swabs and aotearoad dry shampoo. Dry shampoo is in planet friendly packaging all the way from New Zealand and made for dark hair!

I love this place! There's a great variety of eco-friendly, sustainable options for every part of your life, all of really nice quality. Yes, you'll pay a bit more here compared to a big box store, BUT, you're supporting 1) products that are sustainable and less harmful to our environment; 2) a woman-owned, local business; and 3) other local businesses that stock their items here.

The owner, Tara, is so helpful. She uses many of the items she sells and is able to give honest recommendations. She practices what she preaches! Also, the shop is very small and I appreciate that she doesn't 'hover' over you. Rather, she lets you shop and if you have questions, she'll answer them. What a wonderful addition to...
