Stopped by the Rally House to look around and perhaps do alittle shopping. Keep in mind, thats the first time I had ever been to the Rally House on 2001 North Prospect Avenue, Champaign, Illinois. Upon walking in to the store, I was instantly greeted with a huge smile and kindness, his name was kylee. He was professional, not only professional, but attentive, helpful and patient! Which I wholeheartedly appreciated. The store was incredibly clean and organized! The quality of merchandise was top notch. I also had the pleasure of meeting another associate by the name Cody. Read moreTerrible experience. I am really not a complainer or a critical person. I bought a 70$ Illini sweatshirt the day before I needed it to wear to go to a basketball game. When I got home that night I went to wash it and it still had a security tag on it. I tried to call and no one answered. My husband offered to drive back in 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back at 7:30 at night. I told him when he got there to explain their mistake and the inconvenience and the driving back etc. when he got home, I asked him if they apologized ? Gave him a coupon for our next visit? He said no the gentleman there said “ oh this is this the second time this has happened today”… not the right answer to the patron you have just majorly...

The sales associates are nice and friendly but if you can't find your size in the store, most larger sized ppl are forced to shop online to get whatever you're looking for--- which sometimes can be a nightmare especially if the items shipped are not the right size or fits odd, and you have to send everything back to wait for something to be sent...
