Evergreen Tobacco — Local services in Champaign

I am a very loyal ( and for the most part ) usually extremely happy customer. For the last several years I have only kept my business to this establishment. The owner I believe is very kind, courtesy and polite business owner. That being said I do NOT live in town and have called about a product that I purchased that is not working. The gentleman that answered the phone said he is not from that store but another store and his stores policy is once it leaves the store they don’t accept returns/exchanges! I’ve called everyday since asking for the owner same response. Owner not is here and he doesn’t know when he will be, no manager on duty. Huge shame for repeat customers and possible lost future...

I purchased a battery and cart from this place. It's a Yocan. I didn't even make it home before the first battery quit working. The second and third battery, the same thing. They have me a different model of the Yocan battery. I was told if i had further problems, to let them know. I went in tonight to resolve the situation. I am convinced it's the cart, not the battery, so i let him know. He tells me that there's nothing be can do about this because i could be the issue. Yep! I could be the issue. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! 2 young men were "working" in" , and I use that term loosely because they seemed more interested in their conversation than acknowledging me. I was not greeted except to be stared at and then returned to their conversation. I continued to shop while believing they were just doing dumb teen stuff, until the next customer walked in. She was admittedly cuter than I am and she was immediately greeted and helped. I will never return...
