COACH — Local services in Chandler

I went into this store today to get some links removed from a Coach watch I purchased a week ago at the Coach Outlet at Wild Horse Pass. I happened to be down the street from the regular Coach, so I stopped in, stated the above, and the girl (after about 10 minutes of me waiting to be acknowledged) told me I had to take it to the Outlet store. I was not happy. I left and went to purchase a ring at a jewelry store upstairs, and they removed the links for me. Rude...it's all a part of the Coach family...Outlet or not. Won't be shopping at this...

Upon entering the store, the sales associate asked what we were looking for and after telling her that we were there to look for a bag, she immediately escorted us to the sale section in the back. Now I don’t mind a good sale, but we found it weird that they didn’t want to show us the full priced bags in the front that we actually wanted to see. Either way we ended up buying a lovely bag...

I want to be able to walk in a store and not feel judged. Lady at this store was welcoming but felt judemental. She looked me up and down and did not say a word. Its fine have your own opinion but not very professional. She also talked down on my bag I bought at a coach outlet saying it wasn't coach. Just didn't like the energy at this coach store. Other ones I've been to...
