Nails Studio 54 — Local services in Chandler

My mom and I treated ourselves today to going to this place, the first time we went was great, it was great service, friendly employees. But when we went today, we go in with a girl on the phone & not very welcoming us in. Then my mom got a very rude medium height guy with big eyebrows for her manicure, my mom was asking for dipping powder nails and the guy gave her gel nails that were poorly done. When my mom asked politely if he can change them for her, the guy just said no it’s too late in a rude way when he could have said it in a polite way at least. It’s already enough my mom was not happy how her nails came out but also the guy was doing them really rough and fast that the Gel was all over her fingers, he was overall being so rude to my mom the whole time. This is how poorly her nails were done that within 5 mins of it being done, some of the gel already started coming off and that really made me mad since the guy said it’s suppose to “last up to a month.” What’s worse is that he didn’t even bother fixing it for her, he just looked back and didn’t bother to fix it. Everyone else is really friendly but the guy with the big eyebrows really got me mad today on how he did my mom’s nails. My two friends and i went in for pedicures. They started on us right away. We all got the same pedicure, which sounded good but ended up being way too involved. Too much back and forth with the hot stuff, then cold stuff. It was just weird. Not that relaxing after all. We only wanted regular polish (all the same color) and the first color we picked was so old we had to pick another color. The second color we picked was not as old so we went with it. Once we left we realized that the polishing jobs we received were NOT great and only good. We also realized our feet weren't soft like we just had a $65 pedicure. Terrible experience. I couldnt drive to my regular salon so i took a chance walking in here. Hadnt had my nails done in a couple of months. Picked my color for sns..and as we know you cant really see the final color til the very end.at that point its really too late. I picked out a sparkly light pink and what i got was a dull flat flesh color. So i pointed out the mistake the tech made in selecting the wrong color. I didnt have time to start over so she sanded off the top and dipped in the correct color. Barely any sparkle like the sample. Nails are not smooth but wavy and chunky. They look awful. I spoke with the mgr and he charged me 40 instead of 55. It should have been free. It isnt the service i asked for. Will...
