Save yourself some time...ASK FOR STEVEN FORD!!! When I walked in, there was only one other customer in the store...and Steven came right over to see if he could help me...I told him I had shopped online, and wanted to see, in person, two different chandeliers to go over my new dining table. He quickly showed me the two I had thought were the best choices, but I was truly underwhelmed. He told me to browse, and take my time...which I truly did. While browsing I saw the chandelier of my heart...and asked him if he had it in stock. He said, no, but if you order it today, (which was a Friday) you could have it by Monday. I was skeptical and told him that I'd ordered many lamps for our home from Lamps Plus...but expediency was not one of their best traits!! Although I love and appreciate their quality...I knew that waiting was part of the deal. He assured me that many customers had been getting their lamps in the promised time...I was willing to test that theory. Well...I GOT MY CHANDELIER ON MONDAY...so I called Steven and apologized for doubting him. He also truly SAVED ME from getting the wrong bulb for this chandelier! I was thinking I needed a brighter bulb for my dining area, and he took me over to the bulb display and showed me how (annoyingly)bright it would be if I went with a brighter bulb...so the perfect scenario is to GET THE BULBS IN STORE, because they are exactly like the ones you see IN STORE!! I also got a few decor items, which I guess it was meant to be, since I wasn't expecting to get it, but was leisurely browsing. I contacted you to find a solution to my problem and the solution is that I have to pay $25 if I want to return the order that I received incomplete and that probably the company in charge of delivering my order generated a third tracking number which they don't know what it is? that you are not obligated to provide me with all the tracking numbers for the purchase I did? Obviously I do not have to pay to return an order that I received incomplete and it was not my mistake and that there is no guarantee that I will receive a full refund for the purchase because I do not want to wait more days waiting for a third package for which there is no tracking number? I told him that I could go directly to the store where I made my purchase to make the return to receive my full refund and his response was that he would leave a note on my order number so that when I go to the store whoever receives the order sees that I do not want to wait to receive a package for which there is no tracking number and they charge me for the return. Read moreWe walked in looking for outdoor lights and nobody greeted us. We walked right by an associate female and never said "Hello, can I help you"? We had a slightly difficult time finding the outdoor lights, so I had to interrupt an associate to ask where they were. While we were looking at the lights, I noticed two women talking and never aknowledging us at all, as we had been there for more that 20 minutes. We wanted to see what one of the lights looked like on, so we asked a young associate if he could turn it on for us, and he said "it looks just like the one above it", which was a different size. The cords were exposed and a plug must of been close enough for the others to be on, but he wouldn't do it. He went away and we had another question, so we went up to the lady talking to another women and said "can we get some help, she said "I am with a customer". They had been chatting the entire time we were there, just shooting the breeze. She could of said "I'll get someone". I did however ask where the clocks were, and another women was very nice, and told me where they were, but didn't show me..just pointed. When we got them home, the large lamp had a part missing.
