I was going to buy an item here that I was not familiar with but decided no to because the associate was beyond rude. I asked questions about the item because I wasnt familiar with it but needed it for my daughter's birthday. The associate looked up at me like I was stupid and pointed the different and walked away. It was an obvious difference but she was rude about it. It didn't make sense to me but again neither does the craze over this toy. I hope she wasn't the owner because if so it's a sad representation of the store. She has blue hair and a bad attitude. I walked to Artisti at the lower level by Macys and purchased the item there. The individual there was very friendly and helpful. Although I spent more it was worth it. I rather spend a few extra dollars for better customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews but I just have to! The girl at the front was so great with my son, James. I believe her name is Liz, she was just so patient and knowledgeable. My son bought a box of the newest release that he saved his allowance for. she recommended and got 3 expensive cards (I know nothing about Pokemon but I think he said they were a hit lol) and she set him up on Pokemon go so he can now play with his friends and he’s been on that app since we left!!
