Underground Printing — Local services in Chapel Hill

I visited your store on Tuesday evening en route to the Carolina basketball game. The whole day/evening leading up to getting to the game was a mess...dealing with rain for the three hour drive, Sup Dogs giving our dinner to the wrong party and having to leave hungry without dinner, then reserving parking online to find out we needed to print the parking pass...without access to a printer. What was supposed to be a super fun trip with my teen children was turning into a stressful evening. I decided to see if there was a place to print the parking pass at the CVS...but no luck. In a desperate attempt, I asked the gentleman standing outside your store and he was instantly ready to help me. He first suggested I go to the FedEx, but then said "Let me see if I can help. Show me what you need to print".

Evan was wonderful...and not just because he helped me when I was in a tight spot. He was just genuinely nice. His smile was contagious and from his simple act of kindness, it turned our whole evening around. We were excited to go to the game again. I just wanted to let you know what an asset Evan is as an employee.

While we were in a super rush, I was not able to buy anything from your store, but my daughter goes to UNC often to visit her friends, so I will make sure she buys something on her next trip.

Great experience working with Underground Printing. I was looking for zip up hoodies with my company logo on the front of it over the zipper. I contacted multiple printing companies and all of them said it couldn't be done. Underground Printing was the only company that didn't say no. They let me know how it could be done and that they would be happy to do it.

That meant a lot to me as it showed they were willing to put in the time and effort for my project. My hoodies turned out great. The entire process was done in a professional manner and the staff was extremely courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend them for your printing needs as I'll be using them again for the printing needs...

I went into UP originally to check out their UNC t shirts, which are REALLy unique and cool. While I was there I saw they do custom printing. I ended up using them to do a track jacket with my husband's business logo for Christmas. Everyone at UP was incredibly professional and helpful. They walk you through the design process and check and double check you are getting exactly what you want. I'm really happy with our final product and we're planning on using them for a run of company t shirts this year....
