Sewing Down South — Local services in Charleston

Me and my 2 kids love this stuff!! I wanted to write this review because I’m sew happy with everything I have ever ordered. My son who is my “special “ 10y/o loves taking my Craig merch. He has sensory issues and he always wants Craig stuff for Christmas bdays rewards etc. He is currently sleeping in my favorite yellow Charleston hoodie the SDS pillows and the crabby blanket!! He is in heaven! Thank you CRAIG for helping me help him especially get good sleep so anyone that has a child that has these issues this merch is awesome!! The hoodies have got to be the BEST I ever bought. They are sew nice lightweight soft and just comfy. The pillows WOW! Where have they been all my life. I had to get them for all 3 of us cuz mine kept going missing! The blankets…pure heaven to cuddle up with take a nap or just sleep at night. They are sew soft and just squishy cuddly lovely!! Not too hot and not too small but warm when you need it and perfect size!!! I just had to order my 3rd order in last month because we are all CRAIG merch OBSESSED. Ty for all your wonderful creations and for putting out such excellent quality stuff. Most of all TY for making my special baby happy...

My mom is a big fan of Southern Charm and requested that I stop by this boutique on my most recent visit (August 2022). Prime location and the interior was bright and happy. There’s even beer on tap- rock on, y’all! I will say that neither my friend nor myself were offered one when I was shopping. In no way did this destroy the experience, but it is worth mentioning. I picked out a few pillows for mom and bought myself a little something as well. The quality of the pillows is outstanding! Very well made, plush, happy designs/ colors, etc. However, I wish I could say the same about the item I purchased for myself: the flamingo mini cooler. The print was so stinkin’ cute and I could use something like this for pool time in Texas or beach time on Folly. But the quality was poor. It leaked pretty badly. There would be a pool of water built up after only a few minutes of it being filled with ice and libations. I was sent a new one and the same thing happened. The staff at SDS was helpful and we resolved the issue (refund), but I was so bummed! I just wanted a cute...

The customer service was great and the products seem to be of good quality. Rated it 3 stars because the packaging left much to be desired. I ordered 4 sets of coasters (stocking stuffer gifts for a couple of friends) and 1 set was outside of its packaging , 2 others were unsealed , only 1 was sealed. Also, would’ve been nice for the packaging to have a sticker or something that says “SDS” not a plain one. Been wanting to support Craig’s business for a while and the website finally had items I wanted in stock, so it was kind of disappointing. SDS sells out of the cutest items so quickly!
