I recently had my hair done by Colleen and Brandon at the salon. I have been seeing Colleen since 2015. I make the trip each year from NH just to have my hair done here! Colleen is the best of the best, taking the time to make sure your hair exceeds your expectations. The knowledge she has and passion for hair is like no other and it is impossible to trust anyone else with my hair (I’m a blonde). This time I lucked out as I got to meet Brandon who is new to the pink parrot and boy is he AMAZING!! Seriously so kind and attuned to your hair goals. The two of them collaborated on my hair and when I tell you the teamwork in this place is unmatched. Not to mention it’s so fun to be treated like royalty and have multiple people making your experience the best. I booked an appointment for color with Colleen over a month ago as a new client. Today, the day of the appointment, she canceled on me one hour beforehand, saying she had to add some “regulars” that she had to put in later and had to squeeze someone else in also. I only have childcare once every two months, and I was really looking forward to this appointment. It is completely unprofessional to cancel on someone one hour before their appointment when they have been waiting well over a month. New clients should be treated just as well as “regular” clients. From the very first appointment, she’s been consistently amazing—always listening to my needs, offering great advice, and delivering results that leave me feeling great!
