I mean if you are looking for clothing or shoes or just to pick up something like tennis balls and you know exactly what you need this store is fine. The employees weāve encountered in the apparel section were helpful, the selection is good, and we have gotten what we needed.
But today I went in prepared to spend $$$ on adjustable weights and home gym equipment which I had been planning to purchase this month. I was shopping online originally but decided to come in to a store and look so I could see the different options in person and handle them to see which were most comfortable for me. There was not a single employee who could help me, demonstrate how the items I was interested in worked, or offer comparisons. The only employee in the section knew nothing about any of the equipment (not his fault, he clearly wasnāt trained in this section) and was super unhelpful. I waited 20-30 minutes for someone else who never came. Also the gym equipment section physically looks scavenged over- display items are damaged and things have lots of missing pieces. The employee told me everything was āon the floorā so apparently they only thing they have to sell for the high end stuff is semi-damaged floor models? Itās a pretty hard sell to expect someone to shell out $450+ for a scuffed up unpackaged floor model which may or may not work properly. That is the impression I was left with.
It is what it is I guess! Happy with the shoes I bought but will look elsewhere for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this store on June 22nd and requested a pair of converse 9.5 which was on display I ask this store employee named Dante he took a really long time while I was waiting I ask another employee for a different pair of shoes and got them immediately while the other rude guy came up to me saying there were no more and just walked away I asked the employee that help after and he actually brought the shoes I needed so I went to Dante and show him the shoes and he replied that it was his first day but that was a lie and also he said that he was working for minimum wage to be helping people like me he was being racist I didn't get an apology or anything this type of people should not be working for customer service if they are going to be this rude and absurd. I spoke with the manager but it is not ok that he still working there if that will continue with more clients. If I would walked away store would've lost a $200 purchase that I made. And I wasn't even offer a discount or anything for the bad moment I went through. Not coming back to...

I went in to the store ready to purchase a full set of new irons (which is a good amount of money to spend). I picked up one club to see how it felt just to swing, and since there was no room to swing in between the products, stepped a couple feet into the back room where the simulation bays were located. I was not even hitting in a simulation bay, simply swinging the club. Then one worker stormed in and said I couldnāt be back there. So I asked where can I swing because I do not have room in between the products and do not want to hit anyone. He said he didnāt know and told me that I had to leave the area. Without even being able to have a practice swing, I had to leave the store. So I left and went to golf galaxy and they were incredibly helpful with amazing customer service and that is where I purchased my new iron set. I recommend going to any golf galaxy for anything...
