Nori Japan — Restaurant in Charlotte

Ordered the chicken teriyaki. Mentioned that they had forgotten to give me the teriyaki sauce the previous time I had ordered a few days back. I specifically asked them to include the sauce this time. I also asked how much it would cost to get an extra teriyaki sauce. The guy said 50 cents without hesitation. I was surprised at, 1) there was any charge at all, and 2) it was as much as 50 cents, not 10 or 20 or even 25 cents. I expressed my surprise but ordered an extra sauce anyway. Then the most disgusting thing happened. A woman (together with her 6.5 ft muscular man) approached the counter and said that she needed 2 teriyaki sauces. The same guy who had just charged me 50 cents for the extra sauce handed over 2 sauces without even uttering a word. Observing that at the food cafeteria at the mall was shocking! Discrimination in this day and age at such a public location is simply unacceptable. I will never buy at this...

I've only eaten here once, and I find myself disappointed by this location because I crave teriyaki on a weekly basis, but this place cooks mountains of chicken at a time until it's completely dried out and then allow it to sit on the grill for hours. I arrived there today, on a Sunday at 12:10 with the mindset that since they open at 12 the chicken would be fresh but yet again they had lbs of dried chicken sitting on the side. How did they manage to cook two full sheet pans of chicken and have it sitting on the side 10 minutes after they opened? It was carried over from the day before... I'm pretty certain....

At this food court location, ordered chicken and shrimp over fried rice and vegetables during my visit on Sunday 4/23/2022 around 3:00 pm. The chicken was cut into unidentifiable little pieces. It did not taste like chicken. I found myself picking out and setting aside all of the non shrimp pieces from the container. I was so afraid that I could be eating something other than chicken I final stopped trying to eat this and closed the styrofoam container and had my son put it in the trash. The vegetables were okay along with the rice and shrimp. I did not enjoy the meal whatsoever. I will not eat...
