I've been seeing Mariana for I think 11 years now and I've followed her through different salons until she and Liz opened their own shop. Love them and would recommend them to anyone. They do a great job with men and women. I love Mariana's chill attitude and she's up for anything I want to do to my hair but will always give me honest advice about the results I can expect (yes, there is an unavoidable weird blah phase when going from dark brown back to blonde) and help me figure out how to get a result I will love from an idea I have. Plus, they have great products but aren't pushy and will give honest advice about what products are good for you.

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!!! And my appointment was for fixing an awful haircut done by another salon in Matthews I thought it couldn’t be fixed, but Mariana at Loo Loo’s Hair Salon worked it out with super, mega FANTASTIC results!

Prior to the terrible haircut, I had followed a YouTube video for a “butterfly” haircut at home, done by tying two ponytails, and cutting the hair straight up from each of the ponytails! Mariana is everything you want in a stylist. She is spunky, genuine, funny, rocks every hair style she personally tries, and has mastered her trade. I have gone to her for nearly 7 years, and have always left thrilled with my new hair. But as a bonus, I also leave feeling emotionally refreshed from a fun conversation with a down-to-earth friend. So glad to have found her! You do have to book out, because Charlotte has discovered her skills, but it's worth it to plan...
