The employees and security assumed I came to Target to steal today. I walked in with my small black bag to put my purchased items in afterwards. As I went to get an item from the baby aisle, I noticed a whole team of Target employees at the front entrance waiting. As I stood in line and started to pay they started to leave the front area while staring at me. I guess it was a relief that I was A paying customer and not A thiefe. The bag was small enough to fit the water, yogurt & tampons I purchased. I know they were preparing for me, because as soon as I stood in line to pay they left that area. They looked so relieved as I was checking out and its sad. I've shopped at Target a million times to know that today I was definitely profiled this A.M.
Instead of being so obvious in their tactics thinking they were going to recover $20 of merchandize from A "thiefe" it would of been more professional and ethical to actually wait and see if I was a thiefe attempting to steal vs. Making me totally uncomfortable in my checkout experience. I knew what they were doing and why they all were standing there giving me the side eye. This type of nonsense has got to stop, where employees offend customers based off false stereotypes. If you dont actually see a person steal, do not treal them like A thiefe or prepare to catch them when nothing has been stolen. I can just about imagine the millions of times they have profiled the wrong customer, and the actual thiefe has gotten away.
I wonder if A man walks in the ladies room with their new policy, claiming to be transgender, will there be A team of employees and security there waiting when he walks our? Make you question the integrity of...
Read moreI always had such a great experience at this store. This was always my favorite target to shop at until this last time. I had an item that was ringing up different price plus the price on the shelf was a different price and then online it was another completely different price. When the cashier rang it up he said to go to customer service to fix the price 3 people said I could have it for the cheapest price in store but out of no where this Karen from customer service said no I have to pay the most expensive price for it. Even though it was already rung up and I was about to pay she canceled the transaction and said SHE won't let me get the item for that price and I would have to pay even bigger price 94.99 even though in store it was ringing up 69.99. So I left it and as I was leaving quietly she started yelling at me with all her attitude making everyone turn and look at me it was humiliating! She should NOT work in customer service! She isn't even a manager to make decisions for other cashiers...
Read moreThe CVS pharmacy here is terrible. The Pharmacist Kristen sold me medication I am allergic to. When I asked her if I could take the medicine she shrugged her shoulders & said “I’m not going to say not to to take it but I’m not going ti say take it. It’s in the penicillin family but it’s not penicillin. It’s like a distant cousin.” As someone who doesn’t work in healthcare, I don’t know that that means. I need a simple “yes you can”, “no you can’t”, or “try to get in touch with your doctor” Kristen didn’t give me any of this info. I ended up not being able to take it because I am allergic to it and penicillin makes my throat close. I informed her of this she still acted like she couldn’t tell me anything. I called her corporate office & they said she could give me a refund. When I got there she refused me. I moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens and I am waiting on a call from the regional manager. DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDS HERE. THEY WILL SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT WILL KILL YOU AND NOT THINK...
