My roommate and I went there with an appointment the lady at the front by the door did not have our CR appointment on any paper. I showed her the confirmation email that I got that you get when you make an appointment. She told me that the other bankers were in meetings at the moment and that I could leave our name and telephone number and they would call me if we would like to wait outside. so my roommate and I went outside and sat there for an hour and a half almost 2 hours and no phone call so we got up went back inside the bank and spoke to the new lady inside the bank and she pulled out the list and I saw that our names was crossed out and I asked her why I never received a call and why my name was crossed out on the list. She went ahead and told the bank manager what had happened so my roommate and I were dealt with immediately which was okay considering the previous attempts we've had to deal with the bank. the reason we went in there was to set up a payment plan because his account was overdrawn almost $3,000 you think they would want their money back. then they began to tell us that there was no way that he would be allowed to open an account to use to pay them back. So now we have to get a new account somewhere...
Read moreWent to the branch through the drive thru.. the teller wasn’t friendly and made me wait for over 5mins, only to tell me to come inside (no problem) the teller at the counter was friendly and professional.. after my counter transaction was completed, I informed her that I would like to speak with a banker to open another account. I was instructed to have a seat and banker would assist me further.. I sat for almost 20 mins. There were available bankers sitting in there offices on their computers while I was ignored. No one came to greet me or to apologize for the wait. Absolutely horrible customer service! Definitely made me feel as though my service didn’t matter. I do not recommend...
Read moreThere’s no way someone should need to wait TWO HOURS for a bank check. Worst customer service. Inexperienced tellers. Always understaffed. No sense of urgency to help people. Worst branch ever. I won’t be banking with wf anymore, they don’t give you access to your own money.
As I waited in line everyone heard the manager tell this old man who only speaks Spanish that he can’t access his money after literally depositing checks in front of her because she ‘can’t see it’. They won’t give the man his checks back and won’t give him his money....
