Too much horse PLAYING.. This location use to be good at one point, I don’t visit as much as I use to. But the one time I did it was horrible. I went in to order hot -ready the line was long, so ok I get that no problem I am a person that watches everything. Sooooo one of the employee comes in from break, and started back working (mind you he did not wash his hands) so I should of left then but I was hoping to get a pizza ready and hot. There was a lot of cleaning going on and it was not near closing time, mind you they was sweeping the floor (just nasty as if it’s not dirt flying around). I finally get to the register and no pizza left so I had to wait. As I was waiting there was 1 employee wiping down the oven, and the manager cleaning as well. So the pizza comes out the oven both of them decide to have a cutting contest - of who can cut their pizza the fastest mind you I have been waiting 20 mins. Since I already paid I am in shock in disbelief that they will play with people food like that. So I had to watch to see how far they will go, once the pizza was cut they both are looking at them and fussing who cut the pizza fast and who won. Another manager steps in swings her hair, mind you the hands of 3 employees was not wash. She is known hovering over the pizza as if she going to pick who won. The only reason why this stop is because at that point I had enough. I look at the cashier and said" I will like a refund “she look shock and ask what was my reason. I explain my concern of what was going on. I can’t and refuse to eat from here. Because there was too much playing around going on, she went over to the manager explain my concern and from there the group split up. The employees was upset because I said something. I did receive my refund for my wings and pizza but the manager was upset and not please. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting on food watching the employees not wearing gloves while touching all the food, then scratching their behinds and hair, touching their phones and headphones while preparing the food and never washing their hands. Then one of the employees touched the TRASH CAN by the top and then went back to preparing food never washing his hands. I spoke to the manager on duty who said she would prepare the food again with gloves. So I waited another 20 minutes and people came and went. Everything was a disaster, none of anyone’s orders were right and everyone had to keep stopping them to get their full order or right order. The health score was a 92 and I’m surprised it wasn’t much lower. When speaking to the MOD she said the district manager doesn’t enforce anything or train correctly so the employees don’t listen to her. I figured as much because it’s always from the top down. I never received a discount or a refund. The employees weren’t talked to about washing their hands or wearing gloves and no one seemed to have any kind of concern for the situation except the MOD who still didn’t take any personal responsibility.. I finally leave with food (after having to ask for the other half of my order) for the order to not only be WRONG but one of the pizzas was burnt.

Read moreFirst off I would like to say that I LOVED the new smokehouse pizza it was so delisiois. BUT! The manager was kind of an A$sh%!e. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my pizza to be maid fresh when it was ready the cashier showed me the pizza before closing the box. I asked the lady who was very friendly by the way if I could get more bbq sauce on the top. She said she would ask the manager. The manager told her no that the pizzas are made to spec and were not allowed to be changed. I then asked if I could pay for extra bbq the answer was still no. Then I asked if I could get a side of bbq not on the pizza and i would pay for it the answer was still no. This really really pissed me off idk if he was having a bad day or what but this is not how you handle customer service couldn't even come out and talk to me himself he kept relaying messages thru the cashier anywho I'm glad the pizza was good bc they probably would have lost my business over 2 oz or less...
