Went to this location tonight for the first time ever and will never return. After spending with no exaggeration, literally 45 minutes in line at the drive through with only 6 cars to begin with in front of me. When it was finally my turn a incredibly rude woman running drive thru refused my large order because they were too short handed. She was unbelievably rude to me, couldn't get the order right no matter how many times I repeated myself and then yelled at me that she can't fulfill the order. I literally ordered 20 crispy tacos and 10 soft...nothing special about a signal one of them. It was close to 9:00pm by the time I got to the speaker granted, but for a company that advertises being open until 2am, that's not that late. Up until getting to speaker, they were taking 3 orders from cars then filling them without taking another order from a car and then filling all inside orders before coming back to the drive thru. The guy in front of me waited 15 minutes to place his order with absolute no one in front of him in drive thru. Definitely staffing shortage, but if you can not fulfill simple orders than call the owners, managers or district managers in to work or just close the darn place down. Very disappointed. Not a huge fan of Taco Bell in the first place but was looking for something different than burgers. Well I certainly won't ever visit this store again...
Read moreThe girl at the window who serviced me today was very rude. I believe her coworker did my order and then left. Maybe she was in a rush and I know when I’m ready to go home I’m ready to go ASAP. However make sure the order is correct and you listen to the request first before you leave. She forgot one of my items after I repeated it like 4 times at the speaker because she wasn’t updating it when I was making modifications. When I get to the window the girl was nice at first took my card gave me my food. I checked my bag when she handed it to me. One of my items were missing. She was telling to look at my bag out of the line but I needed to make sure what order is there before I pull off. I kindly let her know that I ordered two burritos instead of one she tells me she can’t add it at the window. I tell her that I ordered it at the speaker your coworker wasn’t listening and that I said it multiple times. She immediately gets an attitude and goes on the huge rant that I didn’t need to hear. I’m not one to give someone a hard time I work in customer service too so I get it but watch how you speak to people. So to prevent that from happening again, LISTEN TO THE WHOLE ORDER COMPLETELY THE FIRST TIME. I shouldn’t have to pull around for something that should’ve already been in my bag when I...
Read moreI went to this taco Bell about two to three weeks ago around 7:30 p.m. on a weeknight and had the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any fast food restaurant, I told the young man at the register that I was eating in and I related it at least two to three times and he said okay, when my food was ready the young man who put the order together placed it in a bag as if I wanted it to go, so I asked and said to the young man that I asked to eat in, and with a rude and disrespectful remark the young male told me take it as is and he wasn't doing nothing else with it, I ask him is this the way you talk to customers and that's not the way eating in customers are handed their food, he then proceeded to curse and grab a cooking tool as if he wanted to hit me with it, I ask to speak with the manager who said she would handle the employee because she heard exactly what went on that evening, I am 64 years old and for a kid to be disrespectful to anyone while he is getting paid to do a job, and act as if I'm inconveniencing him when I am paying for my food, I haven't heard from the district manager yet and it's been almost a month since I had this problem, I don't think I will ever...
